At AIS Enterprises Consulting, our goal is to provide high-quality coaching, consulting, education, and training solutions that empower our clients to achieve lasting transformation. Because of the nature of our services and digital products, we have the following return policy in place:
1. Coaching, Consulting, and Training Services

Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Courses, Templates, etc.)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive your materials.
3. Live & Virtual Events (Workshops, Webinars, Retreats, etc.)

Tickets/registrations for events are non-refundable but transferrable to another participant if you notify us at least 7 days before the event.

In the unlikely event that AIS Enterprises Consulting cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
4. Merchandise (if applicable)

Physical items such as books, journals, or branded merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
