Terms and Conditions Policy

Welcome to The Fifth Megilloth: Arise & Reign — A Marketplace Mandate for Godly Women (“the Program”), created and owned by AIS Enterprises Consulting, Inc., under the leadership of Deirdre Cunningham.


By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in the Program, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which serve to protect both the integrity of this transformational experience and the rights of all participants.

1. Program Overview

The Program is a 12-session signature experience designed to equip godly women in the marketplace with spiritual, professional, and personal development tools to fulfill their divine assignments.
It includes:

  • Digital workbooks, quizzes, and worksheets

  • Video training and presentation decks

  • Access to member portals, email campaigns, and bonus content

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, worksheets, presentations, written materials, and program tools, are the sole property of AIS Enterprises Consulting, Inc. and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.  Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any portion of the materials without written permission.

Trademark Notice:
“The Fifth Megilloth: Arise & Reign — A Marketplace Mandate for Godly Women” is a proprietary program title in the process of registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

3. Enrollment & Payments

Enrollment is considered complete once payment is received and confirmed.  By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay the full cost of the program or adhere to the payment plan selected.

  • Not request refunds beyond the stated refund window.

Payment Options:

  • One-time investment: $997

  • 3-Month Payment Plan: $365/month

Discounts & Renewal:
Returning participants are eligible for a 30% renewal discount on future versions or expansions of the program.

4. Refund Policy

We believe deeply in the transformational power of this program. However, due to the nature of digital delivery and immediate access to materials:

  • You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days of purchase under any circumstances.

All refund requests must be made in writing to support@authenticimpactinc.com within the valid window.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to engage in the program community with integrity, respect, and encouragement.
Hateful speech, spam, self-promotion, or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the program without refund.

This program is faith-based and includes Christian spiritual principles. By joining, you acknowledge and accept this foundation.

6. Disclaimer

This program provides faith-based personal and professional development education.
It does not provide financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Results will vary depending on individual commitment, participation, and execution of strategies.

You agree that Authentic Impact, Inc. and Deirdre Cunningham are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Participant information and personal reflections shared within program sessions, private groups, or community forums will be treated as confidential.  However, group discussions are semi-public by nature; please share only what you’re comfortable with.

8. Termination of Access

AIS Enterprises Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.  Any disputes shall be resolved under Illinois jurisdiction.
